PRIVACY NOTICE

Last Revised: 23rd July 2026

Wine Luxe International Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Notice. This notice describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal information, in connection with your access to and use of our Services (our website, media content, newsletter, and related inquiries).

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In Short:We collect personal information you provide to us, and some information automatically when you use our Services.

Personal information you provide to us. We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you subscribe to our newsletter, submit an inquiry, or otherwise contact us. This may include:

  • Name, email address, phone number

  • Any information you submit in inquiry forms or newsletter sign-up

  • Payment information, if you make a payment through our Services (e.g., for events, sponsorships, or subscriptions) — processed via Stripe and/or PayPal, our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

Information automatically collected. When you visit our Services, we automatically collect certain information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, and information about how and when you use our Services. This is collected primarily through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:We process your information to provide and administer our Services, communicate with you, and comply with law.

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • Send our newsletter and other marketing communications, where you have opted in

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support

  • Process payments where applicable (events, sponsorships, subscriptions)

  • Send administrative information, such as changes to our terms

  • Protect our Services against fraud and misuse

  • Comply with legal obligations

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short:We share information only with the service providers that help us run our Services, and as required by law.

We may share your personal information with:

  • Squarespace, Inc., our website hosting provider

  • Stripe and PayPal, for payment processing where applicable

  • Google (Google Analytics/GA4) and Meta (Meta Pixel), for website analytics and advertising measurement

  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where required to comply with applicable law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not disclosed personal information to any other categories of third parties.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short:We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our Services and to measure advertising performance.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to access or store information, including:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Services to function, including those set by Squarespace.

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / GA4) — help us understand how visitors use our Services.

  • Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) — help us measure and deliver relevant advertising on Meta platforms.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of the Services may not function properly without them.

[Action item: since you use GA4 and Meta Pixel, you'll want a cookie consent banner on the site (Squarespace supports adding one) rather than relying on this notice alone — you flagged this as something you want, so it's worth setting up alongside publishing this notice.]

5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short:We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

We are based in Hong Kong. Our website is hosted via Squarespace, Inc., and we use service providers including Stripe, PayPal, Google, and Meta — as a result, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate, in addition to Hong Kong.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short:We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., tax or accounting requirements). Once there is no ongoing legitimate business need to process it, we will delete or anonymize it, or, where that isn't possible (e.g., data held in backup archives), securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short:We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our safeguards. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk; please only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short:We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or sell personal information from children under 18 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) — noting that, as a wine and spirits business, our Services are not intended for and should not be used by anyone under the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are a parent/guardian consenting to a minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn we've collected data from a minor, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. If you become aware of any such data, please contact us using the details in Section 11.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, request correction or deletion, restrict how it's processed, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.

Withdrawing consent: Where we rely on your consent (e.g., for the newsletter or marketing communications), you may withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly — this won't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter and marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly. We may still send you non-marketing, service-related messages after you opt out.

10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
