Rules of Entry

  • 1. Eligibility: Open to all commercially available wine, spirits, rice wines worldwide. Canned wines are strictly excluded.

  • 2. Product Criteria: Entries must originate from a single, homogeneous bottling batch and be labeled in accordance with the country of origin's regulations.

  • 3. Submission Quantity: Provide six (6) 750ml bottles (or the volume equivalent, e.g., 12 x 375ml) per entry for tastings, media, and awards presentation.

  • 4. Duplicate Entries: If multiple companies enter the same wine, all entrants will be credited equally in the report. Fees for duplicate entries are non-refundable.

Step 1: Submit Your Entry Forms

i. Please complete Entry Form A.

ii. After your payment is processed, you will receive an Order Code. Use this code to fill in Entry Form B. Additionally, attach the specific label for your entry to the outer cartons (referred to as the “Outer Carton Label”). This label must be affixed to the outside of your shipping boxes.

  • Each box must be accompanied by a completed Wine Form.

  • Incomplete Entry Forms will not be accepted.

  • Entry Forms that do not arrive by the deadline will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

Step 2: Pay the Entry Fee

  • Process: Add entries to your cart to calculate fees and proceed to checkout.

  • Currency: All payments are processed in USD (based on the exchange rate on the payment date).

Online payments are processed securely via PayPal at checkout. You can pay using a PayPal account or a linked credit/debit card.

  • Local Distributor Delivery: If delivering from local Hong Kong stock, indicate this on your form and forward your “Outer Carton Label” to us, or have your agent contact Wine Luxe Magazine.

Important Requirements

  • Duties & Taxes: Entrants must cover all shipping duties and taxes.

  • Deadlines & Refunds: Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring wines arrive on time. Fees are non-refundable if samples are not received.
