Terence is currently working in 3 stars Michelin Restaurant- L’atelier de Joel Robuchon as Chief Sommelier for 4 years. He took care one of the biggest wine list that has around 3,800 labels in the world. Terence is also the first Chinese to have the A.S.I. International Sommelier Association Diploma. He represented of China to the World’s Best Sommelier Competition 2013 in Tokyo and the Best Sommelier Competition Asia Oceania Competition 2012 in Korea (3rd Runner up) and owns the Champion of The Best Competition of Greater China 2011 and Penfold’s Sommelier Competition in 2010.
