Sam Chong

Sam Chong first joined the food and beverage industry in 2002 as Bartender in Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, prior to joining New World Millennium Hong kong hotel in 2005. With great passion for wine, Sam started to study wine courses in 2006. In 2008, he was promoted to Sommelier. With his extensive wine knowledge and outstanding performance, he was further promoted to Chief Sommelier in 2010, present promoted to assistant director of food & beverage.
